Cancellations, Refunds, and Policies
100% refund if cancelled more than two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance will be subject to a 50% refund.
Any damage to the property is the financial responsibility of the guest and must be reported to the owner during the rental period. Repair, replacement, or remuneration shall be mutually agreed by the parties at such time as well.
